Varietal Wine of Spain
Once upon a time...
in a farm far, far away, there was a hen that dreamed of living far, far away in a high, high up castle. One night, while sleeping, a bright ruby-colored light entered the farm filling the room with sensual aromas of wild blackberries. At the same time, as her eggs were turning gold, a flying pig approached her asking, ARE YOU READY FOR THE WINE FUN?
Tasting Note
A deep dark red coloured wine made of Garnacha and Syrah grapes with primarily raspberry but plenty of other fruit to taste as well. This medium bodied juicy wine has balanced tannins.
Pairing
This wine is great match with spicy Mexican veggie food or grilled red paprika seasoned with Spanish 'pimentón' (aka. Spanish sweet paprika).
Grape varieties: Garnacha (AKA Grenache) & Syrah.
