Once upon a time...
in a land far, far away, there was a peacock that desired to fly far, far away to Spain. After having waited for years, a soft wind from the South entered the farm. It was bright, even golden, and brought delicate floral and citrus aromas of lemon and stone fruits that made the peacock fall into a deep sleep. The next morning, the peacock woke up in the heart of Spain, surrounded by flowers and magic farm animals. A flying pig approached him asking, ARE YOU READY FOR THE WINE FUN?

 

Tasting Note

This wine is characterized by its straw-yellow colour with green tones. This fresh bouquet of floral tones reminds of aromatic herbs such as anis and fennel. The wine has a strictly fruity quality, which contains banana and citric tones. An entirely vegan wine that has not used any animal products in its production process.

Pairing
​This white wine goes very well with vegetarian rice dishes, green salads and grilled vegetables.
